This policy covers the Chen Nearby website, downloads and release updates, accounts, community and feedback services. Product communication sent through a local connection follows the privacy controls shown inside the application.

We receive account email, display name, verification and session records; release interests; community submissions and replies; contact messages; security events; and minimal server logs required to operate and protect the service.

We use data to verify accounts, provide community functions, respond to feedback, send requested release notices, prevent abuse, maintain security, and meet legal obligations. We do not use this website to advertise based on app communication behavior.

Core nearby communication is routed through the connection mode selected by the user and does not require a public cloud relay. Website accounts and community services remain separate from private nearby message content.
